This Privacy Policy explains how ZiMi Games ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you use the mobile game Desert Rush (example) (the "App"), available on Google Play. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us
The App does not require an account and never asks for your name, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. If you email us for support, we receive your email address and the content of your message, and we use them only to reply to you.
Information collected automatically
The App uses the third-party services below. They may automatically collect the following information:
- Google AdMob: Advertising ID, IP address, device information and ad interactions. Purpose: serving and measuring ads.
- Google Play Games Services: Play Games player ID, achievements and leaderboard scores. Purpose: sign-in, achievements and leaderboards.
- Google Play Billing: Purchase tokens and order history (no payment card details). Purpose: processing in-app purchases.
Data stored on your device
Your game progress and settings are saved locally on your device. We cannot access this data, and it is deleted when you uninstall the App.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and improve the App.
- To show advertising that keeps the App free, and to measure its performance.
- To process and restore in-app purchases. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play; we never see your card details.
- To provide sign-in, achievements and leaderboards through Google Play Games, if you choose to use them.
We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising
Ad partners may use your device's Advertising ID to show ads that are more relevant to you. Players in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and can change their choice at any time from the App's privacy settings.
You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, at any time in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads on most Android devices).
Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@example.com and we will delete it.
Sharing of information
We do not share personal information with third parties except with the service providers listed in this policy, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our players and our company.
Data retention and deletion
Third-party services keep data according to their own retention policies. You can remove all data stored on your device by uninstalling the App. To request deletion of any other data associated with your device, email contact@example.com with the name of the App. We will respond within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@example.com.
Security
Data sent by the App is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
